DO I NEED ACCESS TO A GYM?

In order to get the most out of Titan 12 we recommend having access to a gym. However, so long as you have some items at home like dumbbells, kettlebells, bands & the initiative to make a few tweaks, then Titan 12 will still be a great fit.

DO I NEED TO BE AN EXPERIENCED GYM GOER?

Titan 12 is not designed for complete gym novices, but as long as you feel confident carrying out the basics like squats, push ups, rows etc at the gym without direct supervision; then that's all that matters.

DO I NEED TO BUY ANY SUPPLEMENTS AHEAD OF STARTING?

NO NO NO NO NO! No supplements are required, recommended or even mentioned.

DO I HAVE TO TRACK MY WORKOUTS?

Our 1-1 coaching app will take care of all that for you. All you have to do is tap "begin workout" and input the weights you use and we will take care of the rest.

HOW LONG ARE THE WORKOUTS?

Most of us lead pretty busy lives. Trying to juggle gym sessions alongside careers, families, friends & all the various hobbies you have is never easy; that's why we hope you can complete all the workouts in under 60 minutes (and some you should get done in less than 30).

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE ARE EXERCISES I CANNOT DO?

Our 1-1 coaching app allows us to program "substitute" exercises alongside the primary one listed. So you'll almost always have alternatives for exercises that may not be practical due to injury or lack of equipment.
